I made this video all by myself! I can't believe it, it was SO easy! HoopMamma is so proud, man.... So I hope you enjoy it. There is one move in there that I am especially proud of. I found that, when I forgot that the camera was there, I could really rock out and get into it. HoopMamma is otherwise a little video shy.
What I learned through this process is that filming myself gave me particular insight into what I am doing really well (that I hadn't previously realized) and what I am not even aware that I do (that doesn't look so hot). It was fairly confronting, but I must say that I really enjoyed it.
The HoopMamma blog will be moving to the Hoopnotica site very soon! Yeah! We are so professional, right? Right. I will let you know so that you can re-subscribe (well, I at HOPE you subscribe).

Your chest hooping looks so smooth and easy. It seems like we are the same height and body shape, so that gives me hope that I can chest hoop one day. Could you share how you got yourself into chest hooping? I tried it once - it was a total joke, and I was so discouraged I didn't want to try anymore.
